Yes of course, give a look at:

jQuery transit or jQuery animate enhanced

They both are valid plugins that give an alternative (or an override) to the animate method using css transformations if possible.

To sum up we have a PHP part (backend is not mentioned in the article):

NOTE: Be aware of the splitter char ” = “, because if you are trying to generate something with ” = ” chars inside the script will not work, then replace:

with

var pair = this.split('|'); // what you want

Sometimes when developing applications using HTML Canvas on mobile, Android stock browser doesn’t load your canvas and doesn’t return any error.
If you’re drawing some images the problem can be found in the drawImage() having incorrect parameters.

Sometimes it happens that

$(selector).click(function() {

});

don’t works as expected on mobiles, just use

$(selector).bind("click touchstart", function() {
   // ...
});

instead of the click, and the job is done :3

Today i was developing a standard ajax form for a mobile web app and i noticed that the nasty on screen keyboard doesn’t close after pressing the “return” button and it still send the request.

So the deal is “how to close the ipad (or whatsoever) keyboard after pressing the device button” while knowing that web pages could rarely affect the device behavior?
